Illegal Wanted for Murder Among Nearly 2M ‘Got-Aways’ at Biden’s Border

An illegal alien wanted on murder charges in his native Mexico has successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in a so-called “flight” under the watchful eye of President Joe Biden.

David Antonio Hernandez Ventura, 26-year-old illegal alien from Mexico; tried They are scheduled to cross the southern border in three separate times on March 30, 2021, April 1, and April 8, 2021.

Mr. Ventura was arrested on December 2, 2023 in Fresno, California on local charges. Following his arrest, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents located Ventura and arrested him near his residence in Fresno on January 24.

On February 8, a federal immigration judge ordered him to be deported, and the Board of Immigration Appeals rejected his appeal earlier this month.

On April 24, Ventura will be deported from the United States and handed over to Mexican law enforcement to face charges of murder and attempted murder.
