The flag was still there: Students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill spoke out about defending the Star-Spangled Banner on the Quad. Protesters were trying to replace it with the Palestinian flag. “I am honored to be able to give back to this country that has given me and my family countless opportunities,” the student said.
