The incident occurred as New York City police law enforcement officials stepped up security around the Metropolitan Museum of Art in preparation for Monday’s Met Gala.
Pro-Palestinian demonstrators were also seen marching outside the Met Gala, some even marching outside the Met Gala. It was deleted police barricade.

Early in the evening, about 20 demonstrators were arrested near Madison Avenue and East 83rd Street as a large group of demonstrators marched from Hunter College to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, police officials said.
The crowd walked north on Fifth Avenue, blocking traffic along the way, before being stopped by police at the East 79th Street crosswalk in Central Park.
