Porn star Stormy Daniels is scheduled to appear as a witness in former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial on Tuesday.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is “likely” to be called as a witness in Tuesday’s trial, her attorney Clark Brewster told The Associated Press.
Earlier Tuesday, the former president said he was “recently informed” who the witnesses would be and complained that he should have been given more notice.
Trump, 77, faces 34 counts of falsifying business records to conceal a $130,000 payout to Daniels, who she claims had an awkward and unexpected sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. Pleaded not guilty to the felony charge. .
