‘Always Been a Democrat Until I Met’ Donald Trump

At a Trump rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday, NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor said he was “a lifelong Democrat” until he met former President Donald Trump.

“What I wanted to say is, I grew up a Democrat and I was a Democrat all my life until I met this guy here,” Taylor said. Said He pointed to Mr. Trump behind him. “He doesn’t have to worry that no one in my family will ever vote Democrat again.”

Before leaving the NFL, Taylor was named the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year three times. according to Fox News.

During his time in the NFL, Taylor won two Super Bowls and was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 1986, according to the newspaper.

Taylor appeared on stage with former NFL player Ottis Anderson during Trump’s rally. Anderson played for the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Giants.

“Don’t you just love that person? Don’t you just love that person?” Anderson said. “Let me tell you, it’s been a very exciting day. There’s no one left here, and they’re still here screaming and screaming.”
