“I am completely outraged that today we had the opportunity to rescind the national protection policy that protects illegal immigrants who have been convicted of sex crimes against minors – we are talking about pedophiles. I’m talking about– [and] “Every Democrat in that building refused to support it,” Esseri said in a media block after the vote. he posted Go to YouTube.

“They joined forces to reaffirm that their policy, the law of the land in California, is to protect illegal immigrants convicted of the most heinous crimes against minors,” Esselli continued. “And that On record And we have the right to vote, so I hope the people will see what happens today and have their voices heard. ”

Attending the meeting were angel mom Agnes Gibbony.

“This bill [AB 2641] He would have protected the most vulnerable and most innocent people – our children,” Giboney said in the video. “They are [the Democrats] “They put illegal aliens before legal citizens and they don’t protect our children. My only son was murdered by a criminal illegal alien who was previously deported because of the policies of this administration. It’s been 22 years since my son was murdered and nothing has improved in securing our borders, in protecting the citizens of this country, and as legal immigrants. I’m furious.”

“What happened this morning is completely unacceptable,” agreed House Republican Caucus Chairman James Gallagher of Yuba City. “At the very least, we should be able to say, ‘There is no sanctuary for those who commit sexual crimes against children.'” It just shows how far we are from reality.” (Related article: ‘Assault again’: Republican state lawmaker slams Democrats for making it easier for minors to get away with trafficking)

“They literally don’t care at all,” Esseri said. “The politicians here, all the Democrats, don’t care about you or your family and it’s just outrageous. … They voted this down, but to them it meant nothing. They I don’t care. They’re completely disconnected. I hope people understand what happened today.”

Gallagher said he and Essari visited the California-Mexico border, where “1,200 arrests a day” are occurring.

“That’s what they are.” [border agents] You know, right? Mr. Gallagher said. “So in addition to the violent crimes that we’re seeing, we have people passing through here who are committing crimes like human trafficking and cross-border fentanyl trafficking, and many of them are part of cartels. This needs to be addressed and it is completely unacceptable for the majority party to continue to ignore it.”

Ezeiri added that AB 2641 had not had a committee hearing.

Public Safety Commission He even refused a public hearing on the bill. They didn’t want to vote for the bill…because they knew we were going to bring in great witnesses and Angel’s mom and the sheriff would testify to how bad these policies are. Because they knew…that’s why they refused to hear this bill. What we did today is the minority party mechanism and all we can do is enforce it, suspend the rules and bring the bill to the floor and that’s what we voted for this morning. is. ”

Mr. Gibony added that he was “furious” at the parliamentary vote and Mr. Esairi’s silence on the microphone.
