George Conway said he has put up billboards in Florida urging people to vote for President Biden instead of “psycho” former President Trump.
Conway is a vocal critic of Trump and his ex-wife once worked for him. share Trump announced on social media platform “X” on Thursday that the billboards had been installed on Interstate 95, which runs through West Palm Beach, Florida, near Trump’s Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago.
The sign has white lettering against a blue background that reads, “Vote Joe, Not Psycho.”
“So, just for fun, I put up a sign on I-95 South a few miles south of Palm Beach, in a nice spot for people coming from Mar-a-Lago to Doral to play golf,” Conway said Thursday on The X. “I think it’s around exit 64. I’ll have some better pictures sent to you later.”
The conservative lawyer shared a post of another sign with X, taking a photo of the sign and writing, “I think the birds chirping is a nice accent. What do you think?”
The lawyer was previously married to Trump’s then-White House adviser Kellyanne Conway. The couple announced their separation last year.
He later told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes that he decided to put up the signs after talking with the Mad Dog Political Action Committee, a group that has put up similar anti-Trump signs around the country.
“I, [slogan]”It’s like a MAGA hat, but blue and white,” Conway said on MSNBC, later adding, “This was the perfect location. [Trump] “He’ll watch it and hopefully he’ll find it as funny as I find it funny.”
