Police arrested 25 people on Saturday after a mass brawl broke out in broad daylight on the streets of Sheffield, northern England.
South Yorkshire Police Said A violent brawl broke out on Woodbourne Road in Sheffield at around 2pm on Saturday afternoon, with 22 people taken to hospital, 10 of them with serious injuries, it was announced on Sunday.
Footage posted on social media purporting to show the incident shows two people lying on the ground being brutally beaten, with dozens of men visible in the footage, many of them wearing hooded sweatshirts and carrying weapons believed to be machetes.
A total of 25 people were arrested on multiple charges of violent disorder and numerous weapons were seized from the scene. Police have not yet released a motive for the brawl.

South Yorkshire Police Chief Superintendent Simon Wanless said: “Officers continued to work at the scene in Woodbourne Road throughout the night and are carrying out a full CCTV enquiry.”
“We urge anyone with any information about the incident to get in touch. If you were in the area at the time of the incident and have CCTV, video or dash cam footage we ask you to get in touch.”
“There will be increased police presence in the area over the next few days from today.”
