On Saturday, four U.S. military vessels attempting to help deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip were pulled from their moorings by rough seas.
Two of the ships are stranded along the Israeli coast near Ashkelon, while the other two are anchored on shore near a temporary pier built and set up by the U.S. military. U.S. Central Command It was announced.
CENTCOM said no U.S. personnel were injured in the stormy seas, that the Israel Defense Forces were assisting in recovering the vessel, and that the pier was fully operational.

The disruption is one of many affecting work on the temporary pier, whose installation was delayed until last week because of stormy seas and other factors.
The temporary structure, announced by President Joe Biden during his State of the Union address, was completed last week and the Pentagon said about 569 tonnes of aid have been brought ashore so far.

But as Breitbart News has reported, the Pentagon can’t say how much of that aid has actually reached the organizations that are supposed to distribute it, or if it has at all, because of reports that Palestinians have simply snatched it from the backs of delivery trucks.
Reuters report “No aid has been delivered from the US-built jetty to the UN warehouse for two days.”
