President Joe Biden refused to answer a question in Pennsylvania on Wednesday about whether he would serve a full four-year term if re-elected in November.
Only 38 percent of Americans approve According to a FiveThirtyEight poll, Vice President Kamala Harris has an approval rating of 1.5%.
Biden appeared to stand on the runway with supporters and pose for photos after arriving in New Jersey on his seventh visit to the state in 2024.
A reporter asked him: “President Biden, will you serve out your four-year term or will you hand power over to Vice President Harris?”
Biden shouted back, pointing his finger at his head, “You’re not hurt, are you?”
“I can’t hear you. Can you come closer?” the reporter replied politely.
Biden responded tersely, looking angry.
“Did it fall on your head or something?” he asked.

The question is “[a]”Anxiety has turned to palpable fear” among a dozen Democratic leaders and officials, who are worried that Biden could lose the election to former President Donald Trump, the report said.
The Hart Research/Public Opinion Strategies/NBC News poll found that nearly three-quarters of voters believe the country is “out of control” and “heading in the wrong direction” under Biden, the highest negative reading the pollsters have recorded of any president.
Numerous recent polls have shown Biden losing support from demographics that were key to his 2020 victory.

- ABC News/Ipsos: Support for Trump and Biden is neck and neck among suburban women.

Biden would likely accept the Democratic Party’s ascendancy at the Democratic National Convention in August. Previous reports have suggested Democrats could use a three-step political process to replace Biden at the convention, but that would require him to step down.
