Trump may have been convicted of all 34 charges he faced in his Manhattan hush money trial, but Mark Levin I don’t believe justice was served.
In fact, he believes it hasn’t happened yet.
“The problem is there was a jury. There should never have been a jury, the case should never have been filed. The prosecutors were Soros prosecutors. The case should have been dismissed,” Levin said.
“The problem is we have pro-Biden judges, we have two dishonest people who lack complete integrity – Mr. Bragg and Mr. Marchand – who are influencing our federal, our country and our presidential election.”
Levin said this shows “intent in the case of Joe Biden.”
“If Donald Trump becomes the next president of the United States, I will be urging him, lobbying him, saying to the Attorney General of the United States, ‘Stop playing cards,'” Levin explained, adding, “Indict Joe Biden and Antony Blinken.”
Why? “Because according to Bragg, Marchand and their agents, they invented the crime.”
Levin said the offense is valid because of the precedent set by the Trump trial.
“This is a precedent that emerged from a New York case that Biden supported,” he said.
Additionally, former special counsel Robert Hur, in his previous report, presented a wealth of evidence that Levin believes could be used to indict Joe Biden.
“There’s a mountain of evidence in Heo’s report of deliberate breaches of classified information that are hard to track down,” Levin said, “but the Department of Justice is saying they won’t take action because Heo said and certified that Joe Biden is an idiot.”
“So Joe Biden has been exposed and, in my view, should be indicted for knowingly disclosing classified information, effectively selling secrets for profit, and then trying to cover it up,” he added.
