Kristin Cavallari is not accepting any allegations that she lied about the cosmetic surgery she has had, telling her Instagram followers that she has only ever been transparent and honest.
In a recent episode of her podcast,I honestly sayCavallari spoke at length about her plastic surgery with Nashville surgeon Dr. Jacob Unger.
“I’ve had my breasts reshaped twice. I did it after breastfeeding. [son] Jackson is my second child. And I was pregnant. [daughter] “As soon as I finished nursing Saylor, I was like, ‘I’m going to do it again’ … because I looked awful again,” Kavalai said.

“The second time was so much easier. Really easy,” Cavallari admitted. “Carmen Electra said the same thing to me years ago, and she was like, ‘Oh, you’ve never done your boobs?'” she recalled. “Because I think I met her right before I was going to do it the first time, and she was like, ‘It’s so easy, every time,’ and it’s true.”
Edited segments from the podcast released on Tuesday were also shared on Cavallari’s social media, where users were quick to comment on her breast implant confession, questioning whether she had been completely honest in the past.

“I thought she just got breast implants,” one user wrote, prompting a scathing response from the former “Laguna Beach” star.
“After I breastfed, I did both. No one ever asked me specifically about implants, so everyone acted like I lied,” she replied. “I said in an interview years ago that I had a lift (which to me felt like more of a reveal than necessary), but I’ve never denied having implants.”

During a Q&A with her Instagram followers in 2022, Cavallari was asked if her breasts were real. “To be honest with you all, I got bloated after nursing all three of my kids,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself in a white bikini.

The reality TV star previously revealed that she recently introduced her sons Camden, 11, and Jackson, nine, and daughter Saylor, eight, to her new boyfriend, Mark Estes, who is 13 years her junior.
