A remake of “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” starring the Biden family in bikini briefs? George Clooney in an old “ER” lab coat promoting a cure for Trump Derangement Syndrome? Biden in a shower cap promoting a creepy new home goods store, “Biden Bed Bath & Beyond”?
The street artist known as Sabo’s craftsmanship is so impressive that anyone who saw these ads at bus stops and benches across Los Angeles last week had to look twice before realising something strange was going on.
The products may have been fake, but the provocative posters helped draw attention to a real event: George Clooney’s star-studded fundraiser for Biden at the Peacock Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.
Democratic heavyweights turned out to watch Jimmy Kimmel interview Barack Obama, while celebrities like Jack Black and Julia Roberts lent their star power to help ensure Joe Biden secures four more years in power. It looked like it was “frozen” onstage at the end of the night.
Ironically, none of Szabo’s posters mentioned concerns about Biden’s cognitive impairment, but they alluded to a host of other reasons why the president needs a makeover.
Szabo also criticized Amal Clooney’s recent book on the International Criminal Court’s advisory committee, which called for Israeli leaders to be prosecuted for war crimes along with Hamas.
Szabo told Align magazine he was pleased with the film’s outcome, though he acknowledged that it took time and money, and that he needed to “decompress” after such intense work: “I think we’re in a battle against these monsters. [we] We should attack them as much as we can.”
Aline is proud to present some of the photos he has taken of Szabo in his natural habitat below: To learn more about Szabo and to support his work by purchasing posters, apparel, stickers, and other art, please visit his website. Website.
