Trump Stacked SCOTUS with People ‘Hostile to Women’s Rights’

Gov. Kathy Hockle (D-New York) argued Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that former President Donald Trump had placed people on the Supreme Court who were “hostile to women’s rights.”

“One in three women in America live under an abortion ban,” Hawkle said. “This is directly related to Donald Trump’s campaign promises. It was one of the few promises he kept. Roe v. Wade“As a result, we have women who drive hundreds of miles for emergency abortions, or who are denied medical care while their lives are at risk. That’s the situation we’re in now. And President Biden should remind everyone of those who have done this to American women.”

She added, “All Donald Trump can say about abortion is that it took away a woman’s right to choose. That’s his whole argument. He can’t say anything else. I want to see the Supreme Court packed with people who were hostile to the rights my mother’s generation fought for, and I want those people back for my daughter’s generation. So Biden doesn’t have to say much about it because we all know who took that away from American women. It’s part of his platform to talk about how he protects women’s rights, but there’s so much more to family issues.”
