President Joe Biden slammed the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on presidential immunity.

Biden disputed the ruling at a press conference on Monday, arguing the country was founded on the principle that there is no king and no one is above the law.
“This country was founded on the principle that in America there are no kings. We are all equal before the law,” Biden said. “No one, no one is above the law, not even the president of the United States.”
He added that it is up to the American people to decide what the Supreme Court has failed to decide.
“Now the American people must let the courts do their thing, but it is not up to us to pass judgment on Donald Trump’s actions,” Biden said.
After his brief speech, Biden did not answer questions from reporters about the possibility of withdrawing from the debate following his dismal performance in last week’s debate.
