Miami prosecutors have dropped computer hacking charges against a bikini model and her parents in the stabbing death of her boyfriend in a luxury high-rise apartment building.
Courtney Clenny, a 28-year-old OnlyFans model with almost 2 million followers on Instagram, has been in custody since August 2022 for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, Christian Obmuseli, 27, in the heart.
The killing was initially deemed self-defense, but investigators continued their investigation after Obumuseli’s family voiced concerns.

Prosecutors later added a computer hacking charge against Clenny and his parents after reviewing communications between Clenny’s father and his legal team.
But those charges were dropped after a judge ruled that prosecutors’ use of those communications violated attorney-client privilege.
Jude Fatidomo, the lawyer for the Clenny family in the hacking case, said after reading the documents that the Miami State Attorney’s Office should step aside from the case because it is entangled with Courtney Clenny’s private defense strategy with other lawyers.

A spokesman for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office said investigators were not aware of any attorney-client relationship between Clenney’s parents and Prieto.
“Judge Laura Cruz determined that the prosecution did not know that Attorney Frank Prieto represented Kim and Deborah Clenny because the contract employing him was only submitted after their arrests,” spokesman Ed Griffith said in a statement. “Furthermore, Attorney Prieto has never publicly represented himself as representing Kim and Deborah Clenny, only their daughter.”
Police read the documents, saw them as incriminating evidence and provided the information to prosecutors, he said, but the documents had to be withdrawn following a judge’s decision.

Kim Clenny, 60, and Deborah Clenny, 57, are her mother and father.
The parents are accused of discussing PIN and password options in group texts with four of their daughter’s lawyers — Frank Prieto, Sabrina Puglisi, Manuel Recio and Pamela Corvalan — who allegedly obtained login information from the incarcerated defendants. Murder suspect.
Neither Prieto nor his office responded to requests for comment Friday.
“Could you please send me the PIN code for the laptop so I can try it before I see her again?” Kim Clenney wrote to the group on Sept. 26, 2022. Arrest in Texas.
“Good evening, I have some things I can transfer tomorrow,” Prieto wrote back. Four days later, the father wrote back, “Yay! That PIN worked!”

Prieto previously told Fox News Digital there was “clear evidence of self-defense” and that Obmuseli had choked Clenny moments before the stabbing.
“Courtney had no choice but to meet force with force,” he said.
Friends told Fox News Digital the couple had a tempestuous relationship, but they also allege that Mr Clenny was often aggressive. Mr Clenny had filed for a restraining order against Ms Obmuseli before her death, and videos have been released that show him yelling, hitting and using racial slurs at Mr Obmuseli.

The two met during a trip to Tulum, Mexico, and began dating after returning to the U.S. They moved from Austin, Texas, to Miami, where Clenny pursued a career as an OnlyFans model, and Obmuseli traded cryptocurrency and became her manager.
The video, recorded during a trip to Aspen, Colorado, in February 2022 and made public in January, shows Clenney yelling at Obmuseli and punching him multiple times in front of the person recording.
She blamed Obumseli for her drinking, called him “fired” and yelled at him to leave, and accused him of financially harming her and cheating with other women. Less than two months later, she Stabbed him to death.

Lawyers for Mr Obmuseli’s family say a long stack of evidence shows it was Mr Clenny, not him, who was a manipulative abuser with a history of domestic violence.
Photos taken during the same trip showed her with blood on her arms and tape on the fingers of her right hand, according to exclusive photos obtained by Fox News Digital.

At another point during the trip, Obumuseli showed up with fresh stitches on his face, according to a mutual friend.
“Christian is a very large man and could have easily hurt her if he wanted to, but he never fought back,” the friend told Fox News Digital. “He just took all the abuse from her, and you can literally see it all on the video.”

Obmuseli’s family is suing the manager of the luxury apartment building where the couple lived, as well as the security company that allegedly stood outside the couple’s apartment when the stabbing occurred but did nothing, Kimberly Wald, an attorney for Obmuseli’s family, told Fox News Digital.
The family is also suing Mr Clenny.
She is charged with second-degree murder in her boyfriend’s death.
