Hollywood donors with deep pockets and lofty Democratic ambitions are reportedly lining up to give to Vice President Kamala Harris as she seeks the White House in 2024.
deadline One longtime donor, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the outlet he was distributing chequebooks to help with her travel expenses.
I am the most excited and motivated I have been in months and everyone I speak to says the same.
Harris is going to win, which is great. Everybody knows her and everybody likes her.
As Breitbart News reported, Harris has already publicly announced a wide slate of supporters, with Hollywood stars quickly joining in, less than 24 hours after President Joe Biden announced his intention to leave office.
Names that have been mentioned include Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Bette Midler, Mark Ruffalo and Jon Cryer, but Sharon Stone, who said she would move to Europe if former President Donald Trump was re-elected, is also attracting attention.

Biden announced Sunday afternoon that he was ending his reelection bid.
“While I had intended to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interests of my party and my country if I step down and focus on fulfilling the duties of my office for the remainder of my term,” the president said in a prepared statement.
Despite dropping out of the 2024 presidential race, Biden has given no indication of any intention to step down before his successor takes office in January 2025.
Meanwhile, Hollywood’s endorsement of Harris guarantees nothing other than the flow of money.
Biden, 59, must now formally secure the nomination of about 4,700 delegates to the Democratic National Convention, including those who have pledged their votes to him, as well as elected officials, former presidents and party elders known as superdelegates.
The Democratic National Convention is scheduled to take place in Chicago from August 19th to 22nd.
