LeBron James was showered with praise after his electrifying performance during his pre-Olympic tour.
On Monday, the U.S. team defeated Germany, 92-88, in their final exhibition game at the O2 Arena in London. The NBA veteran led the team with a game-high 20 points, including the final 11 points of the game.
NBA stars Ja Morant and Tyrese Maxey heaped praise on King James at the X.

The superstar forward also contributed six rebounds and four assists, starting the game off with two impressive dunks in the opening three minutes of the game.
During the fourth quarter, he made basket after basket, steal after steal, rebound and crucial free throw, eliciting cheers from his teammates on the bench.
“We have a great team, and it doesn’t matter if it’s me or Joel. [Embiid]Steph [Curry] or [Kevin Durant] I’ll be back,” James said. ESPN. “Everybody’s going to savor the moment. It’s what it’s all about as a team. No matter how the game unfolds, we’re all going to be rooting for each other.”
James repeated his dominating performance on Monday as the U.S. team beat South Sudan 101-100 on Saturday.
James shot 3-of-3 from the field in the fourth quarter and made a layup with just eight seconds left to give the U.S. the lead after overcoming a 16-point deficit.
“I like those games better than losing by a large margin,” James, who had 25 points, said as he entered the tunnel after the game. “At least we’re being tested. And I like to be tested, baby.”

The U.S. team finished its pre-Olympic tour with a 5-0 record and will begin Olympic play on July 28 at 11:15 a.m. ET in Group C against Serbia.
Three days later, on July 31st, they will face South Sudan again.
