An Amazon driver was caught on video speeding illegally on a Georgia sidewalk. Upload to TikTok.
The driver may have been trying to respond to the company’s slogan “ETA: Now” emblazoned large on Prime delivery trucks, as seen in the video.
According to Storyful, on July 14, a passenger in a passing car captured the incredible off-course maneuver on Friendship Road in Flowery Branch.
The TikTok user who recorded the video estimated that the delivery driver was traveling on the sidewalk at about 35 miles per hour.
The employee has since been fired by the e-commerce giant.

“This was reckless and unacceptable behavior. We are investigating the incident and this driver will not deliver packages on behalf of Amazon in the future,” an Amazon spokesperson said in a statement to the media.
The Post has contacted the company.
