‘Trump Went into the Lion’s Den and Came Out a Big Winner’

Fox Business Network host Larry Kudlow said on his “Kudlow” show Wednesday that former President Donald Trump jumped into the lion’s den during a conference of Black journalists today and came out a “big winner.”

“Donald Trump walked into the lion’s den and won big, and that’s what ‘The Riff’ is about,” Kudlow said.

He continued: “Donald Trump did a sit-in in front of the National Association of Black Journalists in Chicago today, and it turned into a huge flop. Kamala Harris was invited, but she didn’t show up. But Trump definitely got his act together. One of the questioners was ABC reporter Rachel Scott, and she attacked Trump at the beginning of the Q&A, and Trump fought back, saying she was very rude, even though she ended up showing up on time. It started 35 minutes late because of a sound equipment malfunction. Then he said he thought Kamala was going to be there, but she didn’t. And then he called the event false advertising. Listen to the whole story.”

During the event, Trump said, “I love the black population of this country. I have done a lot for the black population of this country, including jobs and opportunity zones. I was invited here and was told my opponent was going to be Biden or Kamala. I was told my opponent was going to be here. Turns out my opponent is not here. You invited me under false pretenses. It is disgraceful that you begin the Q&A in such a hostile manner, especially when the equipment is not working and you are 35 minutes late.”

“Like I said, Trump has regained his confidence. Thankfully, Fox’s Harris Faulkner brought some logic to the questioning, but the bottom line is that Trump was on great message from start to finish. No matter what the question, he kept coming back to his two main points: Biden-Harris open borders and Biden-Harris inflation,” Kudlow said.
