Lala Kent, best known for her role on “Vanderpump Rules,” has opened up about the scary health challenges she faced while pregnant.
The 33-year-old reality TV star said she was at a party at her home when things took a sudden turn: “I was carrying my little kid up the stairs to show him the play area, and all of a sudden my hands and feet went numb, and I couldn’t breathe,” she recalled during the July 24 episode. “Give Them Lala” PodcastShe grew emotional recalling the experience, “and I tried to scream for my mum but again I was really struggling and I got really, really worried,” Ms Kent said.

Kent said she was eventually able to get her mother’s attention, who quickly called her obstetrician. She moved her baby “in a different way,” and her symptoms immediately eased. “Suddenly, she was able to breathe,” she said.
She continued to recount how the horrific ordeal unfolded.
“[My obstetrician] He asked me. [the] “Is the baby moving? She was definitely active,” Kent says. “I [to the doctor]”She didn’t stop moving, so he said, ‘Oh, I get it, I’m not worried anymore… maybe her posture is weird.'”

Kent said her doctor had advised her to “rest her leg” and given her strict instructions not to “overexert herself during the day”, acknowledging that she recognised it was something she needed to consciously improve.

She described the ordeal as “really terrifying”, adding: “I felt an overwhelming sense of guilt because I had been complaining a lot about myself.” [body] I feel the pain and I just want it to end.”
Kent said she has been “fine” since her health scare, but admitted she still feels a little short of breath when engaging in physical activity such as walking from her car to a building or “climbing the stairs.”RELATED: Cardi B announces pregnancy while filing for divorce from Offset
Kent has a 3-year-old daughter named Ocean Kent Emmett. This is her second pregnancy.
