‘Real men wear pink!’: Jimmy Failla puts his fashion sense to the test on Fanatics Fest red carpet

“Fox News Saturday Night” host Jimmy Feira tried out his over-the-top fashion sense by wearing a pink Pepto Bismol jacket on the red carpet at this weekend’s Fanatics Fest in New York City, earning him praise from a host of sports legends and A-listers but not-so-subtle criticism from others.

The first to vote in favor was former Boston Red Sox star David Ortiz, better known by his nickname “Big Papi.”

“Do you think this pink jacket looks good on me?” Feyre asked him.

“Why not?” he yelled. “Real men wear pink!”

Feira walked around the sports convention hall with a microphone, asking the same question over and over again: Does he like the look, or should he have left it hanging in his closet?

Next up, former MLB pitcher CC Sabathia and New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraft answered questions.

“Would CC Sabathia wear pink?” asked Feira.

“Of course,” he replied.

“It suits you very well,” Kraft agreed.

Baseball legend Pedro Martinez, former NBA star Julius Erving (aka “Dr. J”), college basketball coach Penny Hardaway, CBS News personality Gayle King and Jay-Z also voted in favor of Feilla.

But not everyone was on board with the bright pink outfits, including sports radio legend Chris “Mad Dog” Russo, who was the first to say, “No way.”

Actress and stand-up comedian Tiffany Haddish joked about Feyre’s “Pepto-Bismol” look, to which she replied, “No.”

“Finally I got shot down. I was doing great,” he said with a laugh.
