Angel Reese downplays significance of individual awards amid WNBA Rookie of the Year race with Caitlin Clark

Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese has made the most of her first 29 WNBA games.

She quickly became a rebounding force, grabbing 22 rebounds in the Sky's 77-75 loss to the defending champion Las Vegas Aces on Sunday, marking the third time in the past three games that Reese has recorded 20 or more rebounds.

The seventh overall pick in this year's draft has recorded a double-double in 22 games and will play in Wednesday's matchup between the Sky and the Washington Mystics. Reese's impressive showing ties her with Tina Charles for the most games played by a WNBA rookie.
