Former President Donald Trump visited a grocery store in Pennsylvania on Monday and donated $100 to a struggling mother of three.
The former president was at a Sprankle's grocery store in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, when he turned around to give his mother a small gift at the register.
“It's going to go down a little bit here,” the former president said, pointing to grocery price tags. “It just went down $100.”
“Thank you so much,” the woman replied.
“I'll do it from the White House,” he replied, then turned to her children.
“Beautiful,” he said. “Are they your children?” “Yes,” she replied.
“Perfect!”
Pennsylvania, along with Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia, is one of the toughest battleground states for the former president. Spotlight PA/MassINC poll gives Harris victory by 5 points swing state. hill:
The poll gives Harris 49 percent of the support in the race for the Keystone State's 19 electoral votes, compared with Trump's 44 percent.
The poll results were within a margin of error of 4.0 percentage points at a 95 percent confidence level, including design effects.
The Hill/Decision Desk polling average gives Harris a 1.2 percentage point lead in the state, which has her with 49.1 percent support to Trump's 47.9 percent.
But as Breitbart News reported on Monday, The New York Times Polls showed the former president leading Harris in Sun Belt states such as Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona.
