Teamsters Union President Tells Comedian Theo Von Democrats ‘Have F**ked Us Over for the Last 40 Years’

Teamsters President Sean O'Brien told comedian Theo Fung that Democrats “have been screwing us over for the last 40 years,” adding, “We're standing up as a union — 'What the hell are you going to do to us? Did you do that for me?'' he added. ”

“Honestly, I'm a Democrat, but they've been screwing us over for the last 40 years, and not only this time, but we're standing up as a union. Maybe now we're saying, “You're probably the only person who's like, 'What the hell have you done for us?'” O'Brien told Vonn. last weekend Podcast.

“And I'm under attack from the left. And we've given the Democratic Party $15.7 million in the two and a half years since I took office,” the union president continued.

“The truth is, we gave Republicans about $340,000,” O'Brien added. “So people are kind of saying the Democratic Party is the party of workers. They're being bought and paid for Big Tech, Big Tech companies.”

The Teamsters president went on to say, “And now there are some Republicans who are saying, 'Hey, we want to be the party of the working class,' right? And, okay, you can do that now. There are great opportunities to do so.”

“And Democrats, if 60 percent of your representatives don't support you, this system is broken,” he continued. “Stop pointing your finger at Sean O'Brien, stop pointing your finger at the Teamsters Union. Look in the mirror.”

“So, two weeks ago, I had a heated debate with Chuck Schumer, and it went horribly wrong,” O'Brien added, to which Fong responded, “Chuck Schumer sucks.”

“And where it got ugly is, you know, these politicians, I've learned, they just walked in like shit and said, 'I'm going to do this for you. “Okay, great. Let me tell you what you didn't do for us and our members,” O'Brien declared. “And we tackled some pretty heavy issues.”

“And I was like, 'You just took $550,000 from me three weeks before I went to the Republican National Convention and you want to be a fucking tough guy on Twitter and X and shit and throw shit?' “Do you know me?” the union leader added.

O'Brien added, “Whereas before it was always Democrats fighting for workers, now there's a switch that's turned on that makes workers first and feel like they're being left behind by the Democratic Party.” “You can see it,” he said.

“Second, the Republican Party says it wants to be working class and represents the working class,” O'Brien added. “They have a chance to do it.”
