At least hundreds of Arizona voters have commercial businesses listed as their residence on their voter registration forms, the Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF) has revealed. These businesses include abortion clinics, strip clubs, high schools and the Arizona Cardinals' training facility.
PILF released video footage showing a commercial business being registered even though no Arizona voter lives at that address. PILF President J. Christian Adams told Breitbart News that the state's voter registration forms make clear that registrants cannot list a business as their primary residence.
“Election officials should do what PILF did: take voter rolls, find out how many people are registered with commercial companies, and do something rather than nothing,” Adams said.
Commercial establishments where Arizona voters are registered to vote include abortion clinics, gas stations, liquor stores, vacant lots, schools, smoking areas, banks, fast food chains, strip clubs, golf courses, roller skating rinks, and bars. be. , even the Arizona Cardinals' training facility.
Adams told Breitbart News that this is an issue that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) should resolve before this year's presidential election and before PILF takes legal action.
“This is a widespread problem across the state…I hope the state of Arizona does something without getting sued,” Adams said.
As reported by Breitbart News, PILF uncovered similar voter registration issues in Clark County, Nevada, where voters were denied access to strip clubs, casinos, Harry Reid International Airport, smoking areas, gas stations and other commercial establishments. I discovered that I was registered to vote.
In June, PILF asked Clark County Registrar Lorena Portillo to clean up the voter rolls. When Portillo refused, PILF filed a lawsuit, with Portillo demanding that the seemingly flawed voter registration be investigated and removed from the voter rolls.
“I hope something gets done in Arizona before the election,” Adams said.
