A woman was arrested after trying to sneak a samurai sword into her carry-on bag at New York City's LaGuardia Airport, officials said.
A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) spokesperson said the weapon was discovered on Monday when an unidentified woman was having her bag checked before boarding a flight. told NBC News.
TSA officers immediately contacted Port Authority Police, who seized a large knife.
