The lawsuit also accuses the music mogul of orally raping a male employee of Combs' rival clothing company, Echo, at a Macy's in Manhattan's Herald Square neighborhood, according to one report. report by business insider.

According to the complaint, Macy's covered up the 2008 sexual assault to protect a multimillion-dollar contract the retail chain had with Combs' sportswear company, Sean John.

The plaintiff, who is identified in the complaint as “John Doe,” said Combs and three armed bodyguards entered a Macy's warehouse, where one or more of the guards attacked him “around the base of the neck” and held him with a gun. He claims that he hit him with what he believed was an object. A pistol shot knocked him to his hands and knees.

After the attack, Combs grabbed Sean John's merchandise from the warehouse and entered the retail floor, where he “began distributing the merchandise to an enthusiastic crowd as if nothing had happened,” the complaint says.

The suit also alleges that Doe reported the incident to Macy's security the same day it occurred, but no one at the company took any action.

The plaintiff “believes that the assault report has been destroyed or deleted from Macy's records,” the complaint states.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was later fired and told by Echo, who is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, that he could no longer live in his company-provided apartment in Manhattan.

Doe continues to “feel in fear for her life,” the lawsuit added.

Combs' legal team denied that the alleged incident took place and told reporters that the recently filed lawsuit was an attempt to “gain publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process,” the attorneys said. “The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, male or female.”

He was accused of forcing her to get down. To assess whether he has the necessary qualities to “become a star.”
