Other Hayling videos from the same day, taken by Hunter's son, show the JV team in the locker room, with one teenage boy sitting on the bench giggling and two boys next to him. The video shows the boy sitting with his arms around him while the other boy tries to take off his pants.

At one point, the boy is on the ground and another boy appears to punch and lightly kick him in the groin, while most of the other boys in the room appear to be laughing. is.

Officials said the alleged victim's mother called police to report the incident, but the school and NYPD did not take the haze as a laughing matter. It is unclear whether the alleged assault occurred before or after the hazing that was captured on video.

Three Madison JV players, ages 13, 14 and 15, were arrested and charged by police, and the school suspended the team's games, at least temporarily.

Given the suspect's age and other factors, it is expected that if this case progresses, it will be brought to family court.

James Madison High School officials referred questions about the incident to the city Department of Education, which did not respond to a request for comment.

The alleged victim's mother declined to speak with the Post on Sunday, while the JV coach and the school's athletic department declined to comment.

Nugent has pleaded not guilty to assault and intimidation charges, which are still pending.
