Marc Jack, the father of controversial transgender high school athlete Mael Jack, has been sentenced on federal charges of distributing child pornography.

He was not detained at the time, but was left on recognizance and required to appear in court for prosecution. He later pleaded guilty before a grand jury to knowingly distributing child pornography.
