At last weekend's women's volleyball game that featured transgender athletes, Air Force Academy staff forced fans to cover up shirts that read “Keep Women's Sports Women.”

The Air Force Academy decided to play SJSU as scheduled, even though five women's volleyball teams announced they would forfeit their games against SJSU, likely citing the unfairness of having to play against men.

Kopecky then warned that if he unzipped his hoodie he could be ejected from the arena, at which point Kopecky canceled all donations and season ticket purchases if he was ejected from the facility. Then he said.
In an interview with out kickKopecky said the Air Force Academy made special rule changes specifically for this game, including installing banners informing fans that no autographs were allowed inside the venue.
