Trump picks Lee Zeldin to lead EPA — adding second NYer to Cabinet

WASHINGTON — President-elect Donald Trump has selected former Congressman Lee Zeldin to head the Environmental Protection Agency, The Post exclusively reported.

Zeldin, 44, lost the 2022 New York gubernatorial race to Kathy Hochul by a surprisingly narrow margin after serving four terms as a Republican representing Long Island.
