Bronny James' schedule this year is unlike anything other NBA rookies experience. The Los Angeles Lakers plan on him playing only home games with the G League's South Bay Lakers.
By playing only home games in the South Bay, Bronny will no longer fly to the team's road contests, ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported on his podcast, “The Hoop Collective.”
In Windhorst's opinion, the Lakers' treatment of James, the son of superstar LeBron James, has gone “too far.”

In his G League debut on Saturday, Bronny had six points, four assists and three rebounds in 31 minutes.
Windhorst can't wrap his head around not getting enough G League experience to help Bronny develop.
