Former MLB star Jonathan Lucroy took to social media Saturday to question some states that don't require ID to vote.
A Gallup poll released in October found that a majority of Americans support requiring ID to vote. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) said on CBS last month that many states do not require identification to vote.

Lucroy, who was twice named an All-Star during his MLB career, asked why all Americans needed ID when most Americans needed identification to buy alcohol, buy a house, and even drive. I wondered if ID was not required to vote in some states. He started a discussion about X.
He responded to a post saying ID is not a barrier to voting.
“Voting is a right. For the American people. You know the facts about it,” Lucroy wrote. “All the states that Kamala won don't require ID to vote. Combine that with the number of illegal aliens who have come across the border, and now we're here. requires identification.”
