Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign paid more than double the amount previously reported for Oprah Winfrey's town hall event, a new report reveals.

Harris' campaign spent $1.5 billion during the 15-week presidential campaign, or $100 million a week, according to the Times. Democratic donors say they are still being flooded with requests, and the party is reportedly $20 million in debt from failed campaigns.
The reported expenses included nearly $9,000 on ice cream from upscale stores such as Sweet Lucy's Ice Cream and Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream.

The newspaper said Harris' campaign spent about $15,000 on food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash between July and the end of the campaign in early November.

During a two-week period in October, the Harris campaign reportedly spent $2.6 million on private jet travel.
The campaign also spent $900,000 to secure advertising space in the Las Vegas Sphere during the final weeks of the election, but still lost Nevada by 3 points.
According to reports, much of the extravagant spending went toward celebrity appearances and performances, as well as influencer partnerships to enhance campaign events.

Harpo Productions spokesperson confirmed to Variety that the company received money from the campaign, but claimed it was for “production costs.”
“Oprah Winfrey made no personal payments during the campaign, nor did she receive any payments from Harpo,” a spokesperson said.
Fox News Digital reached out to the Harris campaign for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
