Milstead has 13 previous felony arrests and was charged with impersonating a police officer in 2002 and 2016, according to FDLE.

Milstead is arrested by Florida state troopers.

Milstead was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on Nov. 13 and released on Nov. 15 after posting an $11,000 bond, according to jail records.
