In his opening monologue Monday night, Stewart played footage of the MSNBC host explaining his decision to travel to Mar-a-Lago.

“Because you called him Hitler,” Stewart quipped.
The comedian also slammed Congressional Democrats who have warmed to Trump since he defeated Vice President Kamala Harris on Nov. 5.

Mr. Scarborough and Mr. Brzezinski appeared oblivious to the backlash they received from Democrats during Tuesday's show.
