Diddy’s Thanksgiving meal options in jail include peanut butter and jelly sandwiches after bail denied

NEW YORK – Sean “Diddy” Combs' Thanksgiving dinner will look a little different this year.

On Wednesday, the disgraced hip-hop mogul and Bad Boy Records founder was denied bail on sex trafficking and extortion charges after his arrest in September. He had previously been denied bail twice.

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and Fox News Digital confirmed the meals Combs will receive Thursday, including some Thanksgiving options.

Breakfast includes fruit, cereals, breakfast pastries and skim milk. Coffee is not listed as an option, but was available on a Sunday earlier in the week.

Lunch is served to Combs and the other inmates as a Thanksgiving meal, consisting of roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, dinner rolls, and margarine.

For dessert, a variety of holiday pies are available, and if inmates want a meatless option, they can also opt for hot and sour tofu.

Dinner is simple and includes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, potato chips, whole grain bread, fruit, and a drink option.

The meal being prepared is the same one Combs received when he celebrated his 55th birthday at the prison earlier this month.

Breakfast was the same, with pasta and salad options for lunch, and fried rice with chicken or tofu for dinner.

Combs has been in jail since his arrest in September on racketeering conspiracy charges. Sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Transportation for engaging in prostitution. If convicted, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and up to life in prison.

Wednesday's decision marks the third time Combs has been denied bail despite offering $50 million.

Prosecutors had accused Combs of trying to influence witnesses and intimidate the victim from behind bars, and said he was a flight risk if released. They also told the court that his reliance on his vast wealth in applying for bail could amount to a “two-tier” justice system if his proposal is accepted. This included paying a private security company to monitor and control some of the communications while the tycoon was under house arrest.

They also allege he has a long history of obstructionism, encouraging witnesses and subordinates to protect him, and abusing both sexual partners and personal staff, according to court documents.

The trial is scheduled for May 5 next year.
