Additionally, Mr. Smith filed a motion with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to dismiss the docket appeal.

Taken together, these moves mark the end of federal prosecutions against the president-elect, leaving two remaining cases at the Georgia and New York state levels.

This was clearly too much for Hollywood celebrities who had spent months rooting for the legal charges.
