“But even without immunity, this illegal incident is nothing more than a fraudulent fabrication. Mr. Marchan, a radical partisan, knowingly wrote unconstitutional opinions that were illegal, and if allowed to run, If he does, it will be the end of the Presidency as we know it,” Trump posted.

“Martian has so little respect for the Constitution that he has an illegal gag order against me, your president and the president-elect, so that I can’t expose him and his family’s disqualifying and illegal feud.” This is for the purpose of…”

President Trump's communications director, Stephen Chan, said Monday after Marchan's ruling, “Today's decision by Acting Judge Marchan, a deeply contradictory judge in the Manhattan DA's witch hunt, is a major departure from the Supreme Court's decision on immunity and other longstanding decisions.'' “This is a direct violation of judicial precedent.”
