According to the CDC, state health departments reported 91 outbreaks during the week ending Dec. 5, up from 69 in the last week of November. Experts baffled but pleased by low rates of drug use among teenagers

New research shows teen drug use is at an all-time low, and experts are full of hope, but why is this trend happening and how can we ensure it continues? He admits that there is some confusion as to whether it is okay. The annual National Monitoring the Future survey found that alcohol, marijuana, tobacco and e-cigarette use among high school students is at its lowest level since the survey began. Two-thirds of 12th grade students (24,000 students) participated in the survey.
