The Los Angeles Lakers are affected by the California wildfires, but LeBron James can't wait for it all to be over.
The wildfires started earlier this week and have burned more than 10,000 structures, approximately 30,000 acres and claimed at least 11 lives.
The fire left people homeless, including James' own head coach, JJ Redick.

Saturday's Lakers game was postponed and James sent a message to 'X'.
“I hope this nightmare ends soon! Lots of prayers,” James wrote, along with several praying hands and crossed fingers emojis.
James joined the Lakers in 2018. His oldest son, Bronny, played high school and college basketball in the area before being drafted by the Lakers last year. His younger brother, Bryce, currently plays at Sierra Canyon, the same school as his older brother, and has committed to play in Arizona.

An emotional Reddick opened up about losing his home in the fire.
“We had been renting for a year to find a long-term place to live, but everything that was important to us, the things we had been with for about 20 years and raised our children for 10 years, was in that house. “I did,” Reddick said. Friday reporters. “There are things that cannot be replaced. They can never be replaced.
“It's all about material things. My family and I are still processing aspects of ourselves, personal aspects of losing our home. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It's a terrible feeling to lose. I don't think I've cried so much in years.”
