In the documentary, Ashley and her attorney Ariel Mitchell detail the events leading up to the rape allegation.

Parham's $50 million lawsuit, filed Oct. 15 in California federal court, details the 2018 rape allegation in graphic detail.

She claims she met a friend of the Bad Boy Records founder at a bar in February 2018, and the friend bragged that he knew Combs, then called Combs on a video call and told her that Perham told Combs that he believed he was involved in Shakur's death in 1996.

In response, Combs allegedly threatened to “pay” her for what she said.

In documents later discovered by Ashley and Mitchell, the friend, who said he was a “scout” for Combs' alleged victims, used the following pretext to lure her to California. He invited her to Olinda's home and “set him up” to rape her. She helped him take chemotherapy drugs because he was sick and weak, court documents alleged.

But Combs showed up with a knife, shoved it in her face and threatened to cut her because of Shakur's comments.

The man then allegedly stripped Ms Parham, doused her with liquid and drugged her before attempting to insert an IUD contraceptive into her, along with female consultant Christina Hollam.

Unsuccessful, Combs allegedly raped Ms Parham with a TV remote, then anally raped her and instructed two other men to do the same. A fourth man then raped Parham vaginally, she alleges in the lawsuit.

Combs then tried to buy Parham's silence and threatened to harm her family if she reported what happened, the complaint alleges.

Federal authorities allege Combs was arrested in September on sex trafficking, prostitution and extortion charges for allegedly arranging “freak-offs” in which women were drugged and raped. He is in prison awaiting trial.

Since then, a number of lawsuits have been filed by men and women who claim they were sexually assaulted by Combs and others.

He has denied wrongdoing in both civil and criminal proceedings.

In response, Combs' lawyers said Parham's claims were “thoroughly investigated” at the time of the alleged attack and determined to be “unfounded.”

“Mr. Combs was not in the vicinity of Orinda, California on the day he alleges he was assaulted,” the statement said. “There is no evidence that Mr. Combs was even in the same room as Mr. Parham.”

“She is completely unbelievable. No sane person viewing the evidence would believe her story,” the statement concluded.

Another documentary called “The Fall of Diddy” is scheduled to be released on Investigation Discovery and Max on January 27th and January 28th. person reported.

Mitchell said in a statement Monday that Combs' team is repeating a pattern it has used for decades to “discredit the numerous victims who have had the courage to finally come forward with Combs' name.” '', he claimed.

“The antics of Diddy and his unscrupulous team are pathetic, and they should focus their time on the upcoming criminal trial, where we are confident Diddy will be found guilty of the crimes he is accused of.”
