A California man who was convicted last year of sexually assaulting two Costco employees, including one who worked at a free sample kiosk, was caught on surveillance video sexually assaulting two Costco employees, authorities said. However, the company plans to appeal the court's decision.
Timothy Scott McIlvaine, 55, of Cloverdale, Calif., sexually assaulted two female Costco employees in Ukiah in May and sexually assaulted them in October. , was found guilty of attempted indecency and resisting a peace officer. SF Gate reported.

When police arrived on the scene, the now registered sex offender was a dead fish waiting in the checkout line. According to UPD, he “didn't say anything” and “stared aimlessly” at UPD officers.
The sick pervert also “lipped” when police tried to remove him from Costco, forcing police to drag him out of the superstore.
McIlvaine was given a 12-month suspended sentence in November and must register as a sex offender for 10 years, the newspaper said.
He is currently being held in the Mendocino County Jail on unrelated charges, SFGate reported.
According to the magazine, McElvaine filed an appeal immediately after the verdict in the Kost sexual assault case, but it is unclear on what grounds he appealed.
