BUC-EE has filed a lawsuit against a gas station chain based on Texas on copyright infringement claims. It claims that the Super Fewel logo resembles the BUC-EE logo.
According to FOX 4, the lawsuit filed by BUC-EE in the US District Court resembles a SUPER FUELS Cartoon Dog wearing a hat on a BUC-EE manga beaver.
In a lawsuit, BUC-EES, based in Texas, claims that the Super Fewels logo is significantly characterized by the anthropomorphic and manga expressions that are very similar to beams. It is drawn in front of the circular background.

BUC-EES also quotes two logo as similar expressions and coloring.
Popular convenience store chains argue that logo could confuse customers, and confusion has led to BUC-EE's sales loss.
BUC-EE opens the largest store that spans 75,000 square feet with 120 gas pumps.
