Jeff Ulbrich opens up on the ‘lack of truth’ that hurt Jets

Regret, he has some.

On Monday, Jeff Wolblich revealed some of his 12 games stints as Jets's provisional head coach following the firing of Robert Saleha.

Wol Blich was in the same position as Jets and then joined Falcons as a new defensive coordinator.

At the age of 47, he stated that “lack of truth” is one of the biggest issues he experienced when Jets swirled.

“I learned more than I knew the value of your staff's true Teller,” said Wolbrich.

“What I found in that provisional role was provisional, so there are specific things that I need to talk to the head coach. Sometimes it was really harmful, do you know?

“So it strengthened that idea [Falcons head coach Raheem Morris] I need me that way to make sure I always talk about the truth.

Wol Blich also realized that it was a mistake not to delegate his defense coordinator after becoming a provisional coach.

“I didn't delegate it, so I have a failure factor,” said Wol Blich. “I didn't do it. I had everything to myself. In my eyes, I was trying to create continuity, but I didn't want a fierce staff. did.

“At that point, what I do is trying to protect the same role as they had, so that they could keep moving things, and that's right. I should have given somebody to look back.

Wolblich interviewed a full -time Jetsgig, eventually went to Aaronglen, Wol Blitch returned to Atlanta, coaching a line backer from 2015 to 20 years.
