Illegal migrant child predator on the run in Houston after groping kids going to school

A child predator convicted of illegal immigrants who were mysteriously let go by the ice last year after being told he had sought a 7-year-old girl two weeks ago is on the run in Texas.

Carlos Jose Ayala Morales, who was appointed seven years in prison for a perverted attack in the past, was walking near Travis Elementary School in the quiet Houston area on January 27th, inappropriately for young girls. It is accused of touching it. According to Khou 11.

According to a local news outlet, the 43-year-old Honduras illegal immigrant was later seen on surveillance video and was identified by officers who say this was not his attack.

Morales was trapped in 2018, when he allegedly sought a child between the ages of seven and 15 in 10 separate incidents when he entered and left school.

In one example, Creep attempts to lure a 7-year-old girl who was walking home from school and tries to push her into the back seat of the car. The victim's nine-year-old brother jumped in and screamed at Morales, forcing him to defeat the child and clean up his speed.

Morales was later caught and sentenced to seven years in prison. He was handed over to ice last year, but was let go for unknown reasons.

Morales' latest victim confirmed his identity after watching surveillance video, Woodland Heights mom Holly Romish told Tuesday 11.

“It was great to be able to name him by face when police released his name and identity, but now we need to be able to put “arrest” under that release,” Roemisch said.

An ICE spokesman did not immediately respond to a mail request for comments.

Officers are currently offering a $5,000 reward for Morales' arrest.
