US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an illegal foreigner from Guatemala, Massachusetts.

Ice said 49-year-old Jose Fernando Perez was taken into custody in Framingham, Massachusetts on February 2nd. He was previously charged with three counts of forced rape of a child and three violent rape of a child.
