Eaton Fire, Too, Saw Hydrants Run Dry as Pressure Dropped in High Demand

Last month, the Eton fire that burned parts of Altadena and Pasadena, east of Los Angeles, also saw the fire hydrants lose water pressure.

Rabiz Shrivkin, who runs the local Chabad Centre, rushed to put out the fire at the congregation house in Altadena. He spotted her garage burning, and flames were licking in the corner of her backyard deck.

And there was no water.

Altadena had the same problems that Palisades did. Thousands of users were trying to access the water at once, and the sudden water pressure in the system has been reduced.

One firefighter told Breitbart News that it had a 117 million gallon full reservoir above the Palisade, but that the simple principle of hydraulics would have at least taken away the necessary water pressure.

As a last It's attracting attention: “The water system used to fight the fires in Pallisard and Eton could not maintain the required high water pressure. Instead, the air and sediment moved into the water system, so authorities still remained local residents. I'm telling you not to drink water yet (if you still have a house).
Local governments are flushing out pipes in their systems to clear contaminants. This can take several weeks.

In the future, some residents claim that even in neighborhoods and streets, they have their own water tanks to use above or underground for emergency or underground use. This way, you are not dependent on the water pressure of the entire system.
