The Forbes giant's latest rating comes at $7.3 billion, making it the fourth most valuable franchise in the NFL.

Only the Dallas Cowboys ($10.1 billion), the Los Angeles Rams ($7.6 billion) and the New England Patriots ($7.3 billion) were of higher value.

The sale of the team will not be much different for the Giants as Mara and Tish families still manage the franchise.

The reason for the team's sale is unknown, according to the report.

If the Giants receive about 10% of their final Forbe rating, they will be about $700 million from the sale.

The Giants have had the worst record in the NFL over the past eight seasons, but they have played in such a big market and have been successful in the past, so there should be a lot of interest.

The Giants were 3-14 in 2024 and were selected third in the NFL Draft.
